Our average turnaround time is 3-5 business days after artwork approval (for jobs in AZ only……other states
may require a little extra time for shipping).
Shipping is free to all of the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you are outside of this area,

We accept any type of file. For screen printing, we prefer vector images saved as .cdr, .eps, or .ai. Artwork
for embroidery may be saved as a standard bitmap file such as .jpg or .gif since it must be digitized. We accept scanned art and
will convert for either screen printing or embroidery.
Vector artwork or graphics are designed using objects as opposed to pixels (dots). We are able to manipulate these
objects and separate colors for screen printing. The two most well known programs for creating vector graphics are Adobe Illustrator
and CorelDraw.
Digitizing is the process of taking an image and preparing it for the embroidery process. Special programs
have been developed to assign properties such as the stitch pattern and color that feed into the embroidery machine. Digitizing
is an art in itself and takes time to develop.
